Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage techniques are used to break up scar tissue and physically break down muscle "knots" or adhesions (bands of painful, rigid tissue) that can disrupt circulation and cause pain, limited range of motion, and inflammation.

Trigger Point Therapy

A trigger point is a tight area within muscle tissue that causes pain in other parts of the body. Trigger point massage therapy is specifically designed to alleviate the source of the pain through cycles of isolated pressure and release.

The results and benefits of trigger point massage are releasing constricted areas in the muscles thus alleviating pain. You can experience a significant decrease in pain after just one treatment.

Back Massage

Cupping for Myofascial Release

Myofascial Cupping is a unique treatment that uses suction to lift tissue as the cup is moved by the therapist to decompress underlying tissue. Benefits are:

  • Increased circulation

  • Increased joint range of motion

  • Reduced muscle tension

  • Increase lymphatic drainage (detoxification)

  • Increase connective tissue mobility

Bio-Electric Massage

Bio-electric Massage therapy works in many ways to promote and maintain overall well-being and vitality. While the client relaxes on a massage table, the therapist uses bio-electric currents as they massage the client to stimulate the meridians; the energetic channels and physical channels through which blood flows. These currents work on the peripheral nerves as well as the central nervous system to induce relaxation and healing on a cellular level. The currents are literally rearranging the molecular cells in the body from a disorganized pattern that contributes to disease, to a more organized cell structure. With regular application of this therapy, the body may be able to heal itself in a more efficient manner.
